To Whom It May Concern: We knew of Carol Miramon long before we asked her to be our agent. When my husband’s job required that we move to Maine after Hurricane Katrina, neighbors and friends, both in the Reserve and in other neighborhoods such as Beau Chene, recommended that we list our home with her. Regrettably, we chose other agents with whom we had done prior business. The result was that our home stayed on the market, deteriorating on both the inside and outside, for over nineteen (19) months. At the urging of our former neighbors in the Reserve who informed us in Maine of the sad condition of our once lovely home in Louisiana, we took the home off the market and contacted Carol about listing it. She immediately agreed, and before even bothering to send us a contract, went into our home and began to make affordable recommendations to beautify the landscaping and return the home and grounds to its former pristine condition. Within 48 days, the improvements had been implemented, we had an offer, and completed a closing. The house actually sold to the very first buyer who saw it.
